A polymerizable fluorene compound having a radical polymerizable group-containing group or a cationic polymerizable group-containing group and a fluorene skeleton as a polymerizable compound, and thermal initiator as an initiator are used in a curable composition including a polymerizable compound, metal oxide microparticles (B) including titanium oxide microparticles, an initiator, and a solvent.
