Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a resin composition, comprising:a modified vinyl acetal resin which comprises 20 to 80 mol % of ethylene units and 4 to 76 mol % of vinyl alcohol units based on all monomer units constituting the resin, and has an acetalization degree of 5 to 80 mol %; andan alkali metal salt and/or an alkaline earth metal salt of a strong acid,wherein a total content of the alkali metal salt and/or the alkaline earth metal salt of the strong acid is 0.0005 to 0.06 part by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the modified vinyl acetal resin.
