Zusammenfassung:	This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and discloses a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A network device receives indication information. The indication information indicates that there is an association relationship between M QoS flows. The network device may further process the M QoS flows based on the indication information. In this manner, when processing the M QoS flows, the network device considers the association relationship between the M QoS flows, to help satisfy a synchronization requirement between different data flows.
