Zusammenfassung:The disclosure provides methods for analyzing Adeno-Associated Vims (AAV) vectors. More particularly, the disclosure relates to capillary electrophoresis methods for separating, characterizing, and quantifying AAV vectors as having a full length exogenous polynucleotide, having an exogenous polynucleotide fragment, or lacking any exogenous polynucleotide. In one method, the analysis uses capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF) on a sample comprising viral vectors containing exogenous polynucleotide under conditions and for a duration sufficient to separate the viral vectors based on the isoelectric point (pI) of each viral vector.
