Disclosed are compositions comprising a minced chorionic matrix and a homogenized UC matrix, wherein the minced chorionic matrix comprises viable cells, wherein the composition does not comprise trophoblasts or an amniotic matrix. Disclosed are compositions comprising isolated, viable chorionic cells and a homogenizedUC matrix, wherein the composition does not comprise trophoblasts or an amniotic matrix. Disclosed are methods of treating a tissue injury or chronic pain comprising administering any of the disclosed compositions to an area of a subject comprising a tissue injury.
