Zusammenfassung:	The heat exchanger includes a first heat-exchange portion and a second heat-exchange portion. The first heat-exchange portion includes a first header tank having an inflow portion through which the heat medium flows into the first heat-exchange portion. The second heat-exchange portion includes a second header tank having an outflow portion through which the heat medium flows out of the second heat-exchange portion. The first header tank and the second header tank are connected to each other via a connecting portion. The connecting portion has a slit passing through the connecting portion.
