Zusammenfassung:To permit placement of an embolic device embolic device at a desired indwelling position in an aneurysm and readjustment of the indwelling position of the embolic device that is already indwelled, a medical instrument set includes an embolic device insertable into a delivery catheter, and configured to, when the embolic device is indwelled in an aneurysm, absorb a liquid in the aneurysm and expand, and an elongated delivery pusher insertable into the delivery catheter and configured to push the embolic device out of the delivery catheter into the aneurysm. The delivery pusher includes an elongated main body and an aspiration lumen that is formed to penetrate to main body in an axial direction from a distal end to a proximal end of the main body and causes the delivery pusher to aspirate and hold the embolic device.
