The manifold comprises a main body with a plurality of inner channels mutually connected to define the predetermined circulation paths, the predetermined circulation paths communicating with the exterior of the main body by way of at least one inlet and at least one outlet adapted to be connected to component parts and/or tubing of an extracorporeal dialysis machine, and dialysis machine equipped with the aforesaid manifold.
