Zusammenfassung:	A drive carrier for a cold plug device of an information handling system includes a handle, a first latch, and a second latch. The handle rotates between a locked position and an unlocked position. The first latch includes first and second ends, and slides between first and second positions. The handle is held in the locked position when the first latch is in the first position. The second latch includes first and second ends. The first end of the second latch is pivotally attached to the second end of the first latch and the second end of the second latch snap fits over a first end of the handle. The second latch prevents the first latch from sliding from the first position to the second position when the second end of the second latch is snap fitted over the first end of the handle.
