Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a method for a user equipment operating by means of a base station in a cellular network, the user equipment being configured to transmit data packets with a higher and with a lower priority. It includes sending a in a first message a lower priority data packet, receiving a HARQ non-acknowledgement response from the base station, in case the transmission of at least one higher priority data packet becomes due since the step of sending the lower priority data packet, and sending a second message containing an element being indicative to discontinue transmission of the lower priority data packet to the base station, in response receiving a response message from the base station.
