Zusammenfassung:Provided are a wavelength conversion member, a light-emitting element, and a light-emitting device which have high heat dissipation capability and are capable of reducing the decrease in luminescence intensity caused by increased output of an excitation light source. A wavelength conversion member 10 includes a matrix 2 and an inorganic phosphor 1 contained in the matrix 2 and has a relative density of 90% or more, a thermal conductivity of 10 W/m·K or more, and a quantum efficiency of 50% or more.
