Zusammenfassung:	A system includes an intraosseous sliding osteotomy (ISO) plate including a body extending between a first end, a second end, a first surface, a second surface, and a perimeter wall. The body defines at least one fastener aperture extending from the first surface to the second surface. A plate handle is configured to be coupled to the ISO plate. The plate handle includes a body including a handle portion and a head portion. The head portion defines at least one aperture. A locking element includes a locking portion sized and configured to extend through the at least one aperture defined in the head portion of the plate handle to couple the plate handle to the ISO plate.
