Zusammenfassung:	Provided is a cold and heat storage agent composition that does not fall into the GHS categories, the cold and heat storage agent composition comprising:(A) a dialkyl ether; and(B) a normal paraffin, whereinthe (A) contains a dialkyl ether having a straight chain alkyl group,the (B) contains a normal paraffin having 16 to 20 carbon atoms, and a content of the normal paraffin having 16 to 20 carbon atoms is 3.0% by mass or more and less than 10.0% by mass based on a total mass of the composition, anda melting point and a freezing point of the composition measured by DSC are within a range of −13.0° C. to +12.4° C.
