Zusammenfassung:	A busbar unit includes: three-phase busbars connected to three-phase coils; and three-phase external terminals that are members different from the three-phase busbars, the three-phase external terminals being connected to the three-phase busbars and electrically connected to a power supply source. Each of the three-phase external terminals includes: a terminal body portion; a busbar-side connection portion connected to a busbar of one phase from among the three-phase busbars; and a power-supply-source-side connection portion electrically connected to the power supply source. At least two terminals among the three-phase external terminals are different in length of a conduction path through which a current flows between the busbar-side connection portion and the power-supply-source-side connection portion in the terminal body portion.
