Zusammenfassung:	A home delivery device that autonomously delivers a package to a dwelling in an apartment building includes a detection unit configured to detect a target around the home delivery device, and a delivery determination unit configured to determine whether or not to permit the delivery of the package. When the home delivery device arrives at the dwelling as a delivery destination and the detection unit detects that a person comes out of the dwelling, the delivery determination unit determines that the delivery of the package to the person is permitted.
