Zusammenfassung:	Sleep management apparatus including a wearable device having one or more physiological sensors operably engaged with a body of a user. One or more processors can be communicatively coupled with the wearable device having a memory storing instructions when executed operable to: detect one or more indicators of a bedtime; measure one or more physiological indicators predictive of a ready for sleep condition of the user; suggest, when one or more of the one or more physiological indicators exceed a predetermined threshold, a sleep preparation exercise; and track an effectiveness of the sleep preparation exercise.
