Zusammenfassung:An information delivery system comprises: a user information storage unit configured to store user information; a reservation information storage unit configured to store reservation information accepted from a user in association with the user information; an authentication unit configured to authenticate a visiting user who enters a facility on the basis of a comparison between information acquired from an image of the visiting user and the user information; a checking unit configured to check the information about the visiting user authenticated by the authentication unit against the reservation information stored in the reservation information storage unit; and a communication unit configured to output, to a customer service support unit, visit information obtained by combining the information about the visiting user checked by the checking unit and the reservation information.
