Zusammenfassung: | Techniques for automating dispatching of one or more field personnel to support a batch of service requests for appointments from multiple requestor devices are described. In one example, an on-site service management application may implement a scheduling algorithm that uses optimization variables to calculate an optimum cost of dispatching one or more field personnel to fulfill the batch of service requests. Because there is multiple field personnel who can serve the requests, the on-site service management application may schedule the availability and/or reorganize the field personnel schedule substantively in real-time. This technique may improve customer or requestor experience and minimizes costs on the part of the service providers. |
