Zusammenfassung:	A folding hook device with an elongated arm folds vertically from a support bracket. The elongated arm is vertically supported in a horizontal orientation by a protrusion. The protrusion extends from a pivot portion disposed on a side of the elongated arm opposite a hook end. The protrusion has a first abutment face. The support bracket has a second abutment face. The second abutment face cooperates with the first abutment face to limit rotation of the elongated arm. A method of using the device includes mounting the device on a vertical surface, such as a body of a golfcart. The elongated arm is pivoted into a horizontal orientation. An object may hang, rest, or be supported by the device when deployed in the horizontal orientation. The elongated arm is stowed by pivoting the elongated arm into a vertical orientation.
