Zusammenfassung:	Display module and display device are provided. The display module includes: a display panel; a backlight module; a through hole; a first optical film, and a light-filling component. An orthographic projection of the first optical film on the display panel is located inside an orthographic projection of the through hole on the display panel. The first optical film is provided with a first microstructure on a side facing the light-filling component, and further includes a first hollowed portion penetrating through the first optical film along the direction perpendicular to the light-exiting surface of the display panel. Light emitted by the light-filling component at least partially enters the first hollowed portion through the first optical film, and is transmitted to the display panel. The first microstructure includes a plurality of annular substructures, and a center of each of the plurality of annular substructures is located in the first hollowed portion.
