Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method of allocating radio resources for the transmission of radio signals for determining a distance between a first station and a second station by transmitting a first signal in a first direction from the first station to the second station and a second, response signal in a second direction from the second station to the first station after a reception of the first signal at the second station, wherein a selection of a timing of the radio resources is made using a predetermined measurement of a distance between the first station and the second station.
