Zusammenfassung:	The present invention provides a serum-free polypeptide composition for promoting proliferation of mesenchymal stem cells. The composition mainly comprises: 10-100 μg/L of tripeptide-1; 1-20 μg/L of tripeptide-2, 1-20 μg/L of hexapeptide-9, 1-20 μg/L of palmitoyl hexapeptide-12; and 10-100 μg/L of a laminin-derived peptide. The serum-free polypeptide composition provided in the present disclosure has clear chemical components without animal origins or serum, can achieve rapid proliferation of the mesenchymal stem cells, and maintains the biological characteristics and immunophenotypic stability of the mesenchymal stem cells while solving the problem of the insufficient quantity of cells.
