The absorbent article has a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core positioned between the topsheet and the backsheet and having a front end edge and a back end edge. The backsheet has a plurality of graphics. Graphics of a first portion of the plurality of graphics disposed on a portion of the backsheet between the back waist edge of the absorbent article and the back end edge of the absorbent core have an opacity less than graphics of a second portion of the plurality of graphics disposed on a portion of the backsheet between the back end edge of the absorbent core and the front waist edge of the absorbent article.
