Zusammenfassung:	A system and method for a body positioning system for use with a toilet, whereby the body positioning system has an adjustable stool designed to align the user's colon in the squatting position and an improved toilet seat. The body positioning system results in the user being placed in a squatting position that may create an angle in the rectal canal that leads to less strain and less effort to empty the bowels, as compared to sitting. The body positioning system helps individuals reduce straining and decreasing pressure in the veins.
