Zusammenfassung:	A light-emitting device includes a substrate, a light-emitting element having a DBR film and being mounted on the substrate, a light-reflective film provided on a surface of the substrate, and a sealing member that includes a lens-shaped dropping-formed article to seal the light-emitting element and is provided on the substrate so that an edge of a bottom surface is in contact with an upper surface of the light-reflective film. A contact angle of the sealing member with the upper surface of the light-reflective film is not less than 40°.
