The lower substrate includes a first region and a second region. The planarization layer is disposed on the lower substrate, and has a first thickness in the first region and a second thickness, which is less than the first thickness, in the second region. The first light emission structure is provided in the first region and arranged on the planarization layer, and emits a first color of light. The second light emission structure is provided in the second region and arranged on the planarization layer, and emits the first color of light.
