Zusammenfassung:The present disclosure relates to an atomizer and an electronic atomizing device. The atomizer includes a top cover assembly and an atomizing core at least partially received in the top cover assembly. The top cover assembly is provided with a guiding passage and an air guiding hole therein. An at least partially protruding or recessed structure is formed between the guiding passage and the air guiding hole. The atomizing core discharges an aerosol formed by atomizing a liquid into the air guiding hole via the guiding passage.
