Zusammenfassung:	A projector, including: a housing; an opto-mechanical system arranged inside the housing; a first light source arranged on the housing and configured to emit target light of a specified wavelength; a semi-transmissive and semi-reflective sheet arranged in the opto-mechanical system and configured to transmit visible light and reflect target light entering the opto-mechanical system, wherein the target light entering the opto-mechanical system is target light reflected back from an obstacle when the target light emitted by the first light source encounters the obstacle; and a light sensor configured to detect target light reflected from the semi-transmissive and semi-reflective sheet, and determine position information of the obstacle according to a first time when the first light source emits the target light and a second time when the light sensor detects the target light reflected from the semi-transmissive and semi-reflective sheet. A projection method is also provided.
