Zusammenfassung:	A driving control device controls traveling of an automatic driving vehicle. The driving control device includes a control unit, and as driving modes, the control unit has at least two driving modes including an automatic driving mode of performing an automatic control of the traveling of the vehicle and a manual driving mode of controlling the traveling of the vehicle in response to an operation by an operator that rides on the vehicle. The control unit sets an upper limit vehicle speed in the manual driving mode to a vehicle speed lower than an upper limit vehicle speed in the automatic driving mode, when the driving mode switches from the automatic driving mode to the manual driving mode.
