Zusammenfassung:	A telecommunications network having enhanced or optimized quality of service (QoS) based on user behavior is described herein. A user behavior profile is generated by tracking the user's use of network services with corresponding location and metric information (e.g., QoS metrics). When a user equipment (UE) of the user connects to a network site, the user behavior profile is compared to a network profile site. The network site alters or adjusts one or more operating parameters to optimize delivery of a network service based on the user behavior profile. The user behavior profile is dynamic as it is continuously or repeatedly updated one or more records of interaction.
