Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a gelatin having improved properties, in particular improved dispensing properties, more particularly improved printing properties. The present invention further relates to a construct produced with the gelatin of the present invention and to a process to produce said construct. Further the present invention relates to the use of the gelatin of the present invention to solve existing problems encountered with dispensing systems, in particular with 3D printing and more particularly for applications in the medical field. The gelatin of the present invention is particularly suitable for bio-printing in the medical field and may also be used in cosmetic and in food applications.
