Zusammenfassung:	A display panel and a display device. The display panel includes: a substrate layer, a flexible screen body, an adhesive layer and a touch control layer that are stacked in order. Each of the substrate layer, the flexible screen body, the adhesive layer and the touch control layer has a particular film/layer thickness. At least part of the adhesive layer is configured as a neutral layer of the display panel. Both the substrate layer and the flexible screen body are subject to a compressive stress when the display panel is bent. The touch control layer is subject to a tensile stress when the display panel is bent.
