Zusammenfassung:	A conference information management unit generates, for each of conferences scheduled to be executed, conference information including information on the type, target patients, participants, and execution date and time. A participant job type determination unit compares a job type definition table with the conference information to determine whether or not the participants of the job type defined in the job type definition table are included in the conference scheduled to be executed. The determination result is notified by the conference information management unit.
