Zusammenfassung:In various embodiments targeted interferon constructs are provided. In certain embodiments the constructs comprise a full-length immunoglobulin or a camelid antibody attached to an interferon gamma (IFNγ) where said immunoglobulin or camelid antibody is an antibody that binds to a tumor associated antigen; a first interferon gamma (IFNγ) is attached to a first constant heavy region 3 (CH3) of the immunoglobulin or camelid antibody by a first proteolysis resistant peptide linker; a second interferon gamma is attached to a second constant heavy region 3 (CH3) of the immunoglobulin or camelid antibody by a second proteolysis resistant peptide linker; and the first proteolysis resistant linker and the second proteolysis linker have a length and flexibility that permits said first interferon gamma and said second interferon gamma to dimerize.
