Embodiments disclosed herein relate to agricultural vehicles, and more particularly to methods and systems for an integrated sensing and self-charging in agricultural implements. A control system disclosed herein for an agricultural implement includes a battery management unit configured to generate power upon sensing speed/rotation of the agricultural implement. The battery management unit is a self-rechargeable unit. The battery management unit is further configured to provide the generated power to the control unit for controlling at least one operation of the agricultural implement. The battery management unit includes at least one of at least one sensor, a secondary battery, a charger circuitry, and a secondary sensor unit. |
