Zusammenfassung:	A displaying substrate, a display panel and a displaying device. The displaying substrate comprises: a base plate, wherein the base plate comprises a display region, a non-display region, and a transition region located between the display region and the non-display region. Pixel units are disposed in the transition region on the base plate and each comprise multiple sub-pixel units, and first light shielding layers are disposed in the sub-pixel units and are used to divide the sub-pixel units into multiple luminescent regions.
