Zusammenfassung:	A clamping device for exercise equipment is disclosed. The clamping device may comprise a collar having a cylindrical inner portion capable of receiving a mounting member. A lever having a first contact point and a second contact point may be provided wherein the first contact point may be pivotably connected to the collar. An arc-shaped member having a first end and a second end may be provided. The first end of the arc-shaped member may be pivotably connected to the collar while the second end may be pivotably connected to the second contact point of the lever. Collar extension fixedly connected to the collars via a plurality of support posts may be provided to enhance the strength of the clamping device. The lever maybe configured to securely engage and disengage the mounting member when actuated between a locked state and an unlocked state.
