Zusammenfassung:	Discussed is a battery module having an improved assembling property, and a battery pack including the same. The battery module includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked; a frame to cover upper, lower, left, and right surfaces of the battery cell stack; a busbar frame to cover front and rear surfaces of the battery cell stack; and a support part which is formed by protruding from a lower end of the busbar frame, wherein a guide is formed in the support part, and the support part is inserted into an inside of the frame along the guide.
