Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides methods and system for providing optimized collection of data to detect an occurrence in a live event. A request is transmitted by a server, based on the machine learning, to activate at least one edge device located in a live event. Upon receipt of the request from the server, the at least one edge device captures at least one data of the live event. The data is captured by the at least one edge device using at least one sensor. The captured data is then transmitted by the one edge device to at least one node unit or directly to a server. The node unit may transmit the captured data or a processed data to the server. Thereafter, the server processes the data received by at least one of edge device or the node unit to detect an occurrence in the live event.
