The flexible display panel includes a display region and a border region adjacent to each other and arranged along a first direction, the border region includes a chip region and a bend region, the bend region is located between the display region and the chip region, and the flexible display panel includes: a substrate; a base material reacting layer located on the substrate in the bend region; and a circuit wiring, located in the base material reacting layer, and obtained by at least a predetermined part of the base material reacting layer reacted by an oxidation reduction reaction.
