Zusammenfassung:	According to an aspect, there is provided an apparatus comprising a processor. The processor is configured to receive an image of at least the face of a person whose identity is to be remembered; receive a name of the person whose identity is to be remembered; extract an image feature corresponding to a facial landmark feature from the facial image; select, from a group of images, an image associated with the image feature; determine a name feature from the name, the name feature comprising one or more of: the whole name, part of the name, a homophone of the name or part of the name, a word that rhymes with the name or part of the name, and an anagram of the name or part of the name; associate the name feature with the selected image; and provide the selected image, the name feature, the image of the person whose identity is to be remembered, and the name of the person whose identity is to be remembered for presentation to a patient suffering from cognitive decline or impairment.
