The wire barrel has a first asymmetrical termination section and a second asymmetrical termination section, with the first termination section provided in line with the second termination section. The first termination section is positioned closer to the mating portion. The first and second termination sections have first side walls, second side walls and base walls. The first side walls, the second side wall and the base walls have a plurality of serrations.
