| Zusammenfassung: | The present invention relates to a ceramic heater and, more specifically, to a ceramic heater characterized in that connecting portions connecting concentric circumferences of a heating element included in the ceramic heater are formed such that the symmetrical axes of pairs of connecting portions do not pass through the center of the heating element. The present invention has the benefit of providing a ceramic heater in which the heating surface of a ceramic plate has improved temperature uniformity as a result of the reduction of a low temperature region of the heating element included in the ceramic heater. In addition, the present invention has the benefit of providing a ceramic heater in which the heating surface of a ceramic plate has improved temperature uniformity by only changing the design of the structure of the connecting portions connecting the concentric circumferences of the heating element without adding an additional device. |
