Zusammenfassung:	Provided are a polyester resin modifying agent, a method for producing the same, and a polyester resin composition including the modifying agent, the polyester resin modifying agent including a polycarbodiimide compound, being capable of improving hydrolysis resistance of a polyester resin, having a small content of a carbodiimidizing catalyst having been used in producing the polyester resin modifying agent, and having suppressed yellowness. Provided are a polyester resin modifying agent in which a polycarbodiimide compound obtained by reacting an aliphatic diisocyanate, an isocyanate-terminal capping agent, and a carbodiimidizing catalyst is included, a content of the carbodiimidizing catalyst falls within a predetermined range, and a yellowness index (YI) is less than 20; a method for producing the polyester resin modifying agent; and a polyester resin composition.
