Zusammenfassung:	The present disclosure provides porous composite powder which includes biodegradable polymer particles with a porous structure having positive charges dispersed uniformly thereon and further includes inorganic particles. The porous composite powder adsorbs and removes fine particulate matter remaining in the skin and skin pores effectively through ionic bonding, while maintaining a spherical shape. The present disclosure also provides a method for preparing porous composite powder for adsorption of fine dust including particles forming a composite homogeneously, while maintaining a spherical shape, through a single process.
