Zusammenfassung:	This disclosure describes methods of preparing a decellularized Descemet's membrane and an isolated Descemet's membrane, methods of using an isolated Descemet's membrane, and tissues prepared using an isolated Descemet's membrane. This disclosure further describes a composition that includes an isolated Descemet's membrane. In some embodiments, the tissues and methods described herein may be used to treat a limbal stem cell deficiency or as an ocular surface bandage.
