Zusammenfassung:	A holding assembly for holding an electrical charging device includes: a base plate having an upper side and at least one latching hook which extends from the upper side of the base plate and which latches with a latching contour of the charging device; and a securing frame which is attached to the base plate so as to be movable between a first position and a second position and clamps the latching hook in an open state in the first position and to secure the latching hook in a closed state in the second position.
