The controller is configured to execute a mode switching process of switching a control mode of the motor to one a restriction mode in which a maximum rotation speed of the motor is restricted to a predetermined rotation speed and a normal mode in which the motor is operated within a rotation speed range higher than the predetermined rotation speed.
