Zusammenfassung:	A management device which manages an operation of a load-carrying vehicle that autonomously travels on a road without a driver on board and that is able to store a load in each of a plurality of storage parts shielded by a door which is opened and closed includes: an operation determination part that determines an operation of the load-carrying vehicle; and a monitor that determines whether or not a predetermined event has occurred in the load-carrying vehicle, that requests an operation of the load-carrying vehicle to an operator in a case where it is determined that the predetermined event has occurred, and that causes a state in which the load-carrying vehicle operates in accordance with the operation of the operator.
