Zusammenfassung:	A laser transmitting and receiving module for a light detection and ranging (LiDAR) may include a laser light source; a transmission optical phased array (OPA) device configured to emit laser light from the laser light source into a two-dimensional (2D) area; a reception OPA device configured to receive reflected laser light after being emitted by the transmission OPA device; a mixer configured to mix the laser light with the reflected laser light received by the reception OPA device; and a photo detector configured to detect an optical signal mixed by the mixer.
